Paid Up Letter

Good Day I recently paid my Jet Account in full and are struggling to get a paid up letter or up to date statement. I was contacted by Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates regarding my Jet Account and their gave me a discount on 18 June 2020 but to date they could not give me a letter stating that the account is paid up to date. Then i paid Jet store again for the remaining amount which was left in order to get the paid up letter but are still struggling to get the letter could you help me in this matter.
