paid up letter
I have been contacting jet customer care line in regards t the paid up letter and told that I have an amount outstanding of which I fail to understand because the below is the settlement letter that was sent to me confirming how much I needed to pay in order for the account to be settled <br> <br> In Re: MRS SITHEMBILE SANELISIWE MSAN/ Edcon <br> Confirmation of Account Settlement Arrangement<br> <br> This letter serves as confirmation of agreed arrangement to settle the remaining balance on our client's account. The details are as follows:<br> <br> Personal Details:<br> Full names: MRS SITHEMBILE SANELISIWE MSANI<br> Identity number: ***<br> Client account number: ***<br> Our Reference number: ***0<br> <br> Settlement Arrangement:<br> Date of Arrangement: 2015/07/07<br> Payment amount: R 2575.00 (Current Settlement value as agreed)<br> Payment date: 2015/07/10<br> Period valid: 7 (SEVEN) days from date of arrangement<br> <br> I am not getting any joy from their call centre and they not even care that I'm using money when calling ..on the 21/08/2015 I spoke to Dumisane Dubazane who put me on hold for 45 minutes until I decided to cut the call <br> I am now taking the matter to Radio Talk.
