Paid up Letter
I have received feed back regarding my paid up letter ..was advised on email that the matter has been escalated to [Email Removed] i must contact rld to reverse the charges on my account, am confused i opened my account at jet and have been making payments at Jet , now i have to contact RLD for my acc to be fixed, i dont even know what company is that. I think this is so not fare , i need this matter to be fixed, i have a right to get a paid up letter without any hustles.

Please be advised your account was opened with Jet and payments are made at our Jet stores however, your account was handed over to RLD Attorneys due to non-payment of your account. As per our terms and condition, Edcon has the right to handed over your account to the attorney due to non-receipt of payment.
