Paid up letter

I paid off my Jet Account in December 2018 as per the call I received from MBD I was requested to go and pay directly at Jet. I went same day to make a payment and called back MBD to get the paid up letter, they promised to send it but to date I received nothing. I gave up at that time making calls to get the letter because I was being sent from pillar to post. Later in 2019 I contacted clearscore via email asking them to assist and they assisted me with the status of my account on clearscore and they were very very helpful.

Now my problem is that I am still looking for the paid up letter and since yesterday I have been calling, MBD they gave me a number to call and since then I called, RCS, Norman and Bissett, Jet Accounts no one could assist me with my query I'm very frustrated now and I ran out of options. Please help
