PAID UP LETTER

I have been calling Jet to get my paid up letter but they keep telling that i should call RCS. I need that paid up letter to be removed from debt review but these guys are just toying around with me. I don't know who else to or how to get that paid up letter. They told me to call TransUnion and still did not get any help, Why involve TransUnion? I just need a simple paid up letter..
