Paid-up letter

Where to start my problem with Jet started in 2017 when I paid up my account. All I need from Jet is my paid-up letter that was never send to me. Now that Jet if sold to TFG they cannot assist clients with no record or zero record? i need TFG to assist me to clear this account from my name....
