paid my account but no changes has been made its been 3 months now

This jet company doesn't even deserve one star,

when I phone them they don't even pick up my id number on the system.

but on my credit score it still shows that I owe them..... so I don't know what actually is happening because I paid this company full I even over paid with R14.50

please advise
