overpaying every month

i am over paying for this account and its not going down. my account went to -minus in December -300 i paid i paid at jet at south gate Johannesburg end of the month it was -300 then jet pavilion i paid 590 no its -129.<br> - paid before that it still stays minus. i want a state for my account as you do not send any statement. i want a state for the entire 2015. i want all financial services cancelled as i informed the lady 2month after my account was opened to cancel it. the call center also just answers and drops the call do pavilion jet yesterday couldn't cancel it 31-01-2016. i want my account seen to why is it not decreasing. acc no.*** cvv:481.
