Overcharging customers

This company is a ****, my aunt went to the store and told them to close the account in Decber she was told to pay an amount R1054.61 and did as she was instructed. Today she went to Jet signet terrace regarding the messages she's been getting that she owes them only to find that the account was not closed and when they called Nolitha sent a statement that states she's owing R303.31, she asked how because she closed the account the mistake was done by those people she spoke to in December. They didn't close the account to her surprise is that she hasn't shopped anything with the card yet she's owing them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to open an edcon account.
