Overcharging

Hi I wrote my complaint here last year regarding over charging I paid last week 250.00 my balance was 732.45 Wednesday I received statement telling me my balance is 1200 something how possible is that? They said I have policies I told them that I don't they must cancelled them all. before month end I received a call from they guy telling me they will reverse all my premiums I will see on my next statement there is nothing worse part I cancelled my cell phone insurance in December 2016 because they refuse to pay for my S4 and they gave me the cheap phone I even wrote to get closure but they will still deducting my money from 2016 its a lot of money. Please revert back to me asap.
