Over Billing
Hi Jet Can you please help with my account its doesn't go down I paid 500 every month and I get slip saying balance is 1500.00 and next month I paid another 500.00 but the balance will be 1600.00 and I checked I don't have any policy and I feel like they robbing me and I didn't pay this month is its like I am putting my money down the drain. So please check and revert back to me asap.
