Outstanding document

Hello good day.

I am T.W. Muroa. I called the following number *** , it's a Jet /Edcorn number, I vall these number almost every 2 days a week, because I am being bothered by their own dept collectors. I enqured again about my account. They told me that the account has been closed since April 2021. Yet I am still waiting for a paid up letter so I can remove my name from ITC. They tells me that they send a letter to my email, I told them that i havent receive any letter, they insist that they did send a letter. I requested for a proof ,but they are unable to provide me with a proof. I do not knw what to do because it's been 8 month heading a 10th month now.
