Outstanding balance on who's account?

We paid up the account in 2019 June yet we're getting calls from NBA collecting on behalf on Jet. I contacted the Jet head office last year enquiring about the balance, they confirmed that the account is paid up. Please assist sort this out, here is the reference provided by NBA ***.
