"Our Systems are Offline" ALWAYS !!!!

Good Day, it appears that after Jet was bought over from Edcon to its new holding company, every time I visit a store and would like to purchase something there systems are always offline, It has not happened once it has happened multiple times. It's frustrating not only to me but my wife as well. If their holding can't get the basics right then, unfortunately, customers will move to competing retail chains. Get your act together Jet as time is running out and excuses will not be able to save your image in the long run.
