Our rights as customers are being limited at Jet Vosloorus

I have a complain about Jet store at vosloorus Chrishani Crossing with them refusing to allow customers making a Lay-by and they always claim their system is off line, all the time!!! Hello Peter kindly look into that cause it's a lie, and it's totally not fair on us customers
