OTA PREPAID VOUCHER REGISTER

<p>I cannot log the same query over and over again, what disgust me is i didnt opt for this OTA prepaid which means my rights are violated, i called in May for this to be reversed and now June statement i am being charged again, i called today and your agent made me hold for more than 30min, i had to even hang up.....why does he not bother to cslll back and finalize my query????????</p> <p>I need this amounts reversed today not tomorrow....if i default on your account,you are quick to call....so do me a favor and reserve such an amount,are you not enough of robbing us? if not club fee then OTA fee without our consent...best you do that now. </p> <p>should i not receive all and statement showing such not reversed i will logde a complaint with NCA. </p>
