***** on my Jet account

Hi There hello Peter we have this problem with jet they told us we might get a refund or might not for ***** that was committed on my Jet card when we phoned them they just told us that they will try and never rep**** Hi guy's.... thanks for your interest in my story . I went to Jet to query my account just to find out that 2 Cell C Sims and a phone had been purchased by someone from Blue label connect .since 2017 . My accounts in arrears cause my payments were sent to that account and not my Jet account. Waiting on a reply from them but didn't hear anything from them yet . So far no response was suppose to get a SMS from them by now to let me know if the account is closed. Hi ...these people are messing around with me .... still no news from them and they still sending me messages to pay my monthly instalments. Since 2020 up till now I've paid back more than three times the amount of my balance . I do have all my prove of payments and refuse to pay until they sort out this ***** . Hope u people can help me sort this out cause I don't know what to do anymore..😞 Would like u guys to give me some advice on how to handle this pls .
