Old lady *****ed by Jet Stores

My Mom Emmah P Masombuka have been manipulated and *****ed by Jet stores. She has been paying a clothing account but the balance on the account is not reducing. From Aprill 2022 her outstanding balance was R7000, she has not missed any payment, to her surprise the outstanding payment has actually increased and is currently sitting at R7200. Please somebody assist the old woman is going through depression as all her domestic worker salary is going to Jet stores. She generally goes to Centurion mall Jet store
