not user friendly
Jet mart is selling big items like TVs,Stoves but they do not have trolleys to push the items.Im falling to understand why because this is good.On saturday 05/03/2016 i went to jet mart to buy Wardrope,its heavy and asked the manager to help me carry it to the cashier desk,i asked him why Jet mart does not have trolleys to push the items with and he just looked at me and did not answer me,he could have said something but he ignored me,i always experience bad service when i go to this store from the cashiers not smilling at us (clients) and just saying NEXT! And when you get there they dont even greet you.Bad service they have,pLEASE TAKE THEM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE courses and make trolleys available at this store.I cannnot move around with heavy items on the floor until i get to the cashier so unacceptable.
