Not receiving feedback
I haven't received any feedback with regards to my Jet account case even now since I have been informed that it's still under investigation , please advise on how long does it take to resolve a query as my profile has been handed over to credit bureau and this ********* business practise and does not go accordingly to the consumer protection act . they sent the below email and since now they have been quite <br> Hello kmahlan,<br> <br> Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised that as per the investigation Edcon will not be reversing the charges levied to the account. Customers are to ensure that the information reflected on their monthly statements is factual and correct, if the information does not correspond with the actions of our customers, a 30 day window period is granted so that changes and disputes may be corrected and resolved.
