Not happy with their service bad customer service

Bad customer service at jet store in tembisa complex on 5/12/2025 I bought honorx5b they did not tell me about the insurance they just present the copy and tell me if the phone get lost I must report it then I told them what is this they said it's for insurance then told them I don't want insurance and I did not sign any paper but right now I am surprise to see an email saying the insurance is active starting from 5/12/2025 the name of the lady is Sharon from jet store in tembisa complex pls help
