Not happy at all with their service

06/12/25 I went to jet store at Thembi mall to lay a complain about the insurance that the lady's at jet by the name zecta and Sharon activated it without me having an agreement with them But still they proceeded with it when I told them I don't want insurance now I must suffer because of their wrong doing I did not sign any paper but the insurance is active bad attitude and bad customer service
