NOT ALL CASHIERS ARE RUDE AND SOUR
I will like to appreciate Zizipho, Cashier from Jet Carletonville for her excellent customer service. I lost my lay-bye slip and have been visiting the store on several occassion and never got any assistance because I was told to go look for the slip so that I can be able to pay my lay-bye. After unsuccessful search I went again to try one more time and I was greeted by this wonderful lazy, big smile, great energy, friendliness and very helpful. She managed to locate my lay-bye and allowed me to pay without my original slip. I'm now at ease because I was scare I will forfeit my lay-bye and money. THANK YOU ZIZIPHO. Please give the same professional service to other clients. We are sometimes scared to even strike conversations with our cashiers because they can come off as unfriendly, impatient and lack empathy.
