Nonesi Jet Staff rude

Yesterday I was at Nonesi Mall at Jet opposite Vodacom, to buy my daughter valentines clothes. I happen to loss my car and flat keys there. I noticed when going back to the car. I then went back to the stores I visited but Jet was the most rudest retail store that was unhelpful. I asked them to help me find the keys but they told me they going home its their problem. I even told the the CCTV shows that I lost them here but they couldn't careless. I had to pay lock smith to open my car and flat. Today morning I was and also the reception was not nice and I asked the manager there to help me find me keys from yesterday, he did not help me he just said go inside and try by yourself. I then went in and track my foot steps from yesterday and I FOUND them in the jewelry section that I was checking! should they allow me yesterday to do that, I would have not wasted money and went home very late. I ask owners of Jet to review the staff there at Nonesi! they are rude.
