2 weeks back I went to do a lay bye and assisted by Sizwe, I asked him if I can send someone to collect my lay bye he said yes, the person who is going to collect must bring my ID. yesterday the 24th I sent someone they were very rude and I even requested to speak to Sizwe he refused. the was no apology nothing, just stinking attitude.
