Noise Level
The reference is as follows: ***/GO<br> I am referring to the above reference number dated 21/08/2015. The issue of the noise level from Jet in Corner Eloff and Kerk Street has started again which is even worse than before. We know that it is festive season but we are also human beings who have families visiting us. Why does this specific Jet have to rely on music for sales?
