No response

Today I called *** to follow up on my last complaint since Edcon has not bothered to call me, sms or email me. I spoke to Devan who hung up the phone on me. I am so fed up with Jet/Edcon and I'm going to write a complaint every freaken week!! I requested my credit report from Transunion and I'm still listed by Jet, as owing R2772.00 for an account that I was clearly told by Kenny that is was clear that it was **********ly opened at one of their store because they used a bank statement to open it. I am annoyed to the max and I swear I'm drafting a letter to the retail ombudsman
