On the 7th Feb 2015 I submitted death claim and I was told that they will call me, till today I never receive anycall from them. On the 16 Feb 2015 I contacted their broker and they told me that they did not receive anything till I forwarded the documents myself. Jet customer service must not make empty promises to their clients. As per aggreement waiting time is 48 hour. Please advise as im still waiting...
