NO HELP AT ALL!!!!

I went in to the jet branch in phoenix plaza for some assistance with my account, the lady doing queries refused to help, she called her manager who said that they don't just call the customer care because we want to. I also phoned the call centre today for assistance, and explained to them I did not have enought airtime, she refused to phone me back no did she help me the 5 minutes that my airtime lasted for? I also lodged a complaint a few months ago with regards to the same poor customer service, but the feedback was pathetic, I would like to be given better feedback this time, a customer servixe agent should contact me!!!
