NO FEEDBACK AND NOBODY TAKING RESPONSIBILTY

<br> have recently visited the store at galleria and asked for a shoe I needed and was told they doing stock take so to come back again .I knew what I wanted and phoned and spoke to the manager at the store describing the shoe I required and size. I was told that they have the size I requested and should come through. I went to galleria jet again today 15feb and was given a size 4 but two left legs.I was really upset as I went there especially to pick up the shoe and now they could not find the matching pair.I spoke to the manager and he and others went around looking and I even gave him my no to contact me and advise of what was happening .phoned from work again today 15feb at 15h02 and nobody answers call.When eventually someone answers(riley) the phone they say matching show not avail and they not sure if they can get from another store.<br> very disappointed.<br> <br> ?
