NO FEEDBACK

I have submitted a dispute form 2 months ago at Jet northgate because someone opened an account with my details, the store told me to follow up after two weeks which mi did and there was no response then they gave me the contact details for the Jet ***** department .I called on Friday (23/06/18) then the call center agent told me that the investigator whose name is Gift Ngobeni just wrote pending on my account then call center agent said to me that the investigator will give me a call by the end of business day on that Friday which i never received any call from him i, i was also given the contact details for his /Her Manager Nobantu which her line just keeps on ringing and no one answers . Since i did not receive any phone call from them i decided to call again on Monday (25/06/18 )which also they told me the same story that he will call me by the end of business which he did not again .i am very frustrated because no one is getting back to me i called today again then they told me that the investigator will give me a call in 10 minutes i waited until 45 minutes and no none called again. i see why many people say that the Jet ***** Department is very useless
