No delivery

I've ordered bedding online from Jet Clothing on 14 December, payment was made and confirmation of payment received, but until this day it is still showing that my order is in transit and I am not getting ny feedback regarding my order. I have to pay an instalment on my order that I don't have or I will get a bad payment record. Unacceptable!
