NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..PATHETIC

They dont even deserve 1 star. I want to settle my account with them. I sent an email to ask assistance on how to close the account when i settle it...i think i sent like 6 emails. No one have responded..but when they want the money..or if a payment is one day late..they through tantrums and call u every day!!!! PATHETIC!!! THEY DISGUST ME. NOW THEY CAN WAIT..THEY CAN HAND ME OVER TO LAWYERS...I HAVE PROOF THAT I ASKED ASSISTANCE SO IF THEY HAND ME OVER...I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!
