<p>I have been trying to sort out an issue with this store since 10 August 2016.</p> <p>I have contacted the call centre numerous times also via the contact us service on their own website.</p> <p>Still no feedback this is pathetic.</p> <p>I have given up.</p>

On 29 September 2016, I received an e-mail from a Ms Chetty with Edcon. I had rep**** the same evening. It is 5 October and until today I have not had a response not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my e-mail.
