No customer service
Never in my life have I met such unfriendly staff, Sthembiso Mkhwa**** was so busy talking to everyone one else that she never greeted, asked how she can help, how I was paying or anything else. She took my good scanned it and said sign that is all. Never will I buy anything from Jet Ladysmith if this is the way you treat your customers.
