No assistance from edgars or jet Mall of the South

I went to edgars today to get a new account card, they sent me to jet because the card that was ****** was jet. Arrived at jet and they told me they don’t have cards so they can’t help me. I asked what if I wanted to buy something? The lady said I should wait for a card when they get in stock and until then I can’t buy anything. I am a very loyal customer, my account is as good as paid off, I never skip a payment and still I can’t be assisted in any way!!! Very disappointed
