No assistance

It's too bad I cant give negative stars. I haven't received my statement in months, i have emailed and i have phoned. Im tired of your stupid automated reponses because after 48 hours i still get no assistance, all numbers on your email are out of service. The incompetence and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Its interesting how fast it is for them to send messages and phone when its in their intetest like when you overdue. Worst service ever!!!
