NEW PHONE PROBLEMS

I bought a Samsung phone in 2019 December at Jet Diepsloot mall, the phone I had purchased was a SAMSUNG A30S,the phone I purchased was a cell c phone because I was a using cell c and didnt want ant complication with inserting a different network into a cell c phone.

The first week of purchasing and using the phone, I experienced network problems, I couldn't' receive calls and smses.I couldnt understand because the phone was a cell c phone and was using cell C.I went to Jet and the sales lady advice me to put it on a flight mode and put it but to a normal mode, because it might be that the software is not right .I did exactly that but I wasn't comfortable with doing that because it was a new phone. The network issues persisted and I would go to the store and complain but nothing was done, the staff was rude and refused to refund me.I
