NEVER HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT, NOW GETTING BILLS!

my wife has NEVER had a Jet account in her life. We have now started receiving account statements by e-mail in my wife's name with our address. There are monthly transactions on the account, payments and purchases, none of which my wife has made. when we contacted the accounts department they treated us like ******* and liers demanding that we send an affidavit from the police saying the account is not my wifes. we did this and sent it to them and still we get the statements. We think somebody is cloning my wife to build up a credit record so they can get a bank account or credit card and then we get left with the BILL! nothing seems to work to get action taken. I have spoken to my Lawyer who suggested a Hello Peter post and f we get no reaction then we will take legal action against the Edgars Group.
