I purchased a pair of Ladies pumps at Jet Store West Street. PAID Cash and swipes my Thank you rewards card. 1st time wearing it the stitching on the back of the shoe come loose. I took the shoes to Gallaria Jet and told manager on duty what the problem was she was very rude. Told me she was unable to view my transactions on my U Count card for that day but then insisted I take my shoes back to where I bought them. I then stopped by the Bluff branch and was told that they Cannot view any transactions on my U Count I have to show my slip in order to help my. On numerous occasions I have explained to both Managers that I never wanted to return the shoes. Not one of them tried to assist but had the same shocking attitude. Not one of them wanted to send the shoes for quality testing. Shocking service from both branches.
