Never buy a phone from Jet stores,their phones are fualty and they don't make a follow up on their repairing company.

My mother bought a phone in January at Jet store in Butterworth,a Nokia 2.1 and within a month the phone had a problem with the speaker. She took it back for repairs in that same month,it's been over 3 months and the phone is not back yet,everytime my mom goes there, the store manager and the consultants are saying its not their fault that the phone is not back yet. We went there on Tuesday and the consultant gave us a bad attitude he didn't even allow us to see the manager he just told us that the phone is not back yet and it's Vodacom's fault and there's nothing they can do
