Name still on ITC

I went under sequestration in 2011, my Jet account was also one of the creditors, my Insolvency was the result of circumstances and not of any **********. I got a letter from attorneys that stated that I paid everything, and that I can obtain the necessary finance to purchase a vehicle , but I am struggling to clear my name and with numerous calls to Jet nobody can assist me or want to help , I paid all my dept and after 5 years I am still struggling to clear my name, all of the other creditors did clear my name at ITC, but not Jet, all I ask is for a second change to prove myself but it seems like it is a dead end. I am almost 50 years old and think that I suffer enough. I do have all the necessary documents to prove that everything has been paid<br>
