MY NAME THROUGH THE MUD

I opened an account with JET stores and ever since ive had this account it has been nothing but hell i dislike the service with a passion because they decided to mail me lawyers letters because according to them i did not pay.<br> i know about bad credit records and have been avoiding that but .<br> I went to JET in Rand burg where i received the account details because i wanted to load them as a beneficiary to make my life easier every month first i was given the incorrect reference and lost 350 rand i asked the accounts department to investigate and nobody came back i spoke to a gentleman that tried helping me in JET Rand burg but he had no luck either i never ever skipped a payment i pay on time every month on the 20th but according to JET i did not they phone me everyday i had to explain myself over 90 times i am sure and now they decided to give me over to collection they had a system problem my payments was once put on hold due to system problems and they still went forth to do that i am sick of JET this is pulling my name through the mud i want nothing to do with them the WORSE CLOTHING SHOP EVER THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD they charge interest every month knowing i pay my account
