My name still with ITC, Jet contact centre ****.

I recently paid my Jet account sometime in April 2015 and requested them to close it. I then now in June 2015 did ITC checks and found out there was something against my name. <br> <br> When I checked at the report, it reflected that Jet still hold my name with ITC. I then called jet and the agent I spoke to did verification questions with me, she then confirmed after holding for 5 minutes that she sent a request to ITC so that my name can be cleared.<br> <br> I did ITC checks again today, Jet still holds my name with ITC. May I please have my cleared, I am a parent, I need to buy a house for my child and cannot do that if Jet does not clear my name. I do not owe them anymore, all im asking from them is to clear my name, PLEASE.
