MY MONEY ****** BY JET STORES

I have made a payment year and a half back. i have send jet the relevant information they have inform me that they will allocate my money a year ago. Still today its not allocated. i have send several requested TO COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT but receive no response. This is clear JETSTORES stole my money.
