My experience yesterday at Jet Festival Mall was terrible

My experience yesterday at Jet Festival Mall was terrible. My sisters and I went to shop for gifts at Jet and little did we know that taking our time to find the right gift or the right items will be seen some sort of way by the workers there. My sisters and I were accused of misplacing clothes from the racks by one lady who works at Jet. She made it seem like we had no intentions of buying. After the conversation with an accusation with the lady we moved away from her then few minutes after, a colleague of hers comes to inform us that all card transactions aren't working cause they were offline. I just want to find out, is it wrong to take your time in choosing what item you wish to buy in a store?
