my card is blocked but i need to pay my jet accoun

My name is Kethotswe Mongwaketsi.I have an account with Jet store in maun.I once had a problem with pay my account while I was in south Africa that I ended up having my card blocked with the intention of issuing me a new card.but it never happened.I was told to pay the money into their FNB acc that is on our monthly jet statement.I did that & I have proof of payment that I was told to send it to [Email Removed] this time that money I payed is not showing.I still<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> receive statement that shows that my account was not paid.I went back to Botswana &went to see the jet store manager in maun.she got my proof of payment & sent it to the accounts too.I paid P500.00 while I was there.I used my account number to pay hence my card is still blocked.yesterday my sent my brother to go & pay my aacoynt again there he was told he cant pay unless he s got my card.what does that mean?i gave him my acc number &ID number to go pay my account at jet.my card is blocked its not working.I paid using my account number why is it difficult today..last month I received a notice saying that Jet store has forwarded my account to Collection Association people in Gaborone.um disapointe
