I would like to find out what I can do as a customer. I bought a cellphone with Jet and also took out insurance. I then put in a claim and it was approved with a voucher of R4999. 99. The problem is Jet does not have any fones to this value in store but I was also informed that I can buy with my Jet account at any TFG stores. So I went to Foschini and found a cellphone worth the value, but was then informed I cannot use my voucher at their branch.. The lady at Jet contacted a fee Jet stores to see if they perhaps have a fone worth the value but unsuccessful... My question is can't they transfer fones in between the stores to satisfy the customer and why can I make debts with my card at any TFG store but now cannot use the voucher though? The most expensive fone at Jet is R3999 what happens with the other R1000 if i must take a replacement fone at Jet? The assistant at Jet said she is struggling to get hold of head office and Finrite to give me an answer. What can I do and how long is this voucher valid? Why can't the customer use the voucher now at any TFG store??
