Months of payments not allocated to account.

To whom it may concern

I recently received my latest statement and noticed that payments made May June and July does not reflect on the statement. After each payment proof payments been sent to their accounts department in Johannesburg and still the payments are not allocations made. I have contacted them and was asked to email the proof of payments which was done, three times already. I need this sorted ASAP.
