MONTHLY INSTALLMENT INCREASING EVERYMONTH

I bought a Samsung phone 4 months ago , and I m paying my instalment every month , but jet they keep on adding things i don’t know off , or my mother never agreed for them , so the installment in keeps going up every month and now they expect me to pay that increased amount , why EDCON Llike to rob poor people of their money and if no one is helping me with this matter I taking it further ,I m very angry .

Jet what a horrible store , even today Im still waiting for a response as to how are you going to resolve my moms problem , I wont pay for things that I never added on the account , you need to minus of all the amount you added to the account , then I will pay , or some has to call me regarding this matter asap , really I m not even happy the way you guys are handling this matter , call me on

absolutely disgusted with the theft of my money with Edcon people , and now there is poor responce , whats wrong with this store
